My October 1st, 2024 Killer Blues 45's & 78's Auction Highlights!
Closes Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 7:00 pm PT

Attention Blues Collectors: Now that I have completed selling off Mr. Pete Whelan's great collection there are no other high profile Pre-War Blues collections to auction off in the foreseeable future. The Whelan gems yielded world record high prices and bidding was hot and heavy for the very best items!

What I am offering this month is the very last Pre-War duplicates that I have on hand. When these are gone, there will be, unfortunately, no more killer Blues for some time to come.

The demand is over-the-top for rare Blues and prices have risen to historic levels as well. But supply is extremely limited and becoming more so by the day. Since most of the old-timers have sold out or have passed away and the more recent collectors won't be selling off for decades, the outlook is bleak for fresh inventory.

Same with 45's. Post War Blues 45's are almost completely gone from the record market. You don't see them at shows or online except for the common ones. Prices are high with no signs of retreat! Buy what you want NOW or wait decades for these titles to come up again . . . if ever!
